Re: Challenges - Thoughts?

... our own challenges first so I have and there is a photo posted to prove it as an example. But in reality this is a stand by to share the place while I await permission for a real multicache, if I ever manage to actually obtain it.

Re: Summer on the Hudson

... we can't be sure until someone checks the logs. It is very possible he/she found 26 caches in one day (or maybe just logged all in one day). While technically true, and I normally wouldn't bother to mention it, it's a little extra-silly to say that you found a kayak cache (that is probably ...

Opinions on geocache hiding by Drat 19

Quite sometime ago while looking at someone's profile, I noticed a reference to another geocacher named Drat 19. So, I looked at this cacher's profile and read an essay he wrote about his opinion about what he felt about the hiding/placements ...

Re: Camping Equipment?

... but they just opened up a location right near my house, and I've talked with them a bit and they don't seem, um, evil or anything. It's been a while since I did a long hike (part of the reason for taking up geocaching was to get the kids interested in hiking -- look, treasure!) so I don't have ...

Re: NEWS: Texas cacher injured, gives EMS his coords

Definitely confused as to why it would take a while to find the exact coordinates. Even if EMS don't have dedicated GPS devices, I'm sure one of them had a smart phone. Crazy story. I'm glad the guy is alive.

Hey folks - a good friend is driving through the East Coast with his family and plans on spending a few days in New York. They won't need a car while they're here, so would like to find a place to park it for a few days (like Thursday through Saturday). They'll be coming from the direction of ...
