Re: An Article on the ET Highway

... experience for your group. I went with my brother. Just the two of us and no cheating like many did with the first trail. Managed 8 hundred-something in the first day. The second day we finished and did much less, although still consumed the whole day. Highlights: alien stuff and roadside ...

User Dynamic D/T Rating System??

... under criticism from what I can see (e.g., it only awards, but does not allow critical/constructive feedback), it seems like a reasonable start. Something like GCvote.com has the weakness that it is not DIRECTLY tied to Groundspeak (despite their claim "GCVote's most powerful feature is ...

Re: Challenges - Thoughts?

Have you noticed that dates for cache logs don't show up anymore? When I look at the logs for Snug as a Bug, now instead of 4/15/2011 it says something like "about four months ago". Why? I can only imagine because that's how Twitter and Facebook do it? And so... what the heck? Oh, ...

Re: Challenges - Thoughts?

By the way, since it's deleted now, what was Jeremy's reply? The posted topic was something like "Get rid of challenges, they're not geocaching, or at least move them to another site - thanks". Jeremy's reply was "They're staying on gc.com. If you ...

The server replied with something to the effect of the challenge being archived. But it took and still shows on my profile. Would have probably been better to be location specific ...

Re: Going Coastal's "Earthcache Trail" in Inwood Hill Park

An interesting side note related to an earlier post about being FTF 3 days after publishing, I don't think local ...
