In the shameless sake of providing a bump, I'll note that some of my most favorite reads come from caches that are in very remote/exotic places. For example, GC2ERRT used to have a fantastic log from a German cacher which now seems missing. Still, this has got to be one hell of a cache to track dow...

And there are now deer on occasion in at least Van Cortlandt Park, though I've heard of some Staten Island sightings too, though I'm not sure how the deer got there from the "mainland". Ditto wild Turkeys in both.

I think it was some informal caching gathering involving her caches but it was supposed to be last Saturday so I don't know how the weather affected it.....
