Whoa!! I haven't looked in a while...addisonbr's Snug as a Bug in Central Park has over 5,200 finds! That's gotta be one of the tops on Planet Earth. CONGRATS!!

... is coming from. A really good example is the "Little Green Men" series that started in CT (there are a few in Westchester County). While there's still some really good caches placed by some veteran cachers that remain, many of them (including the original I believe) are long gone.....

Yup, I've seen plenty of deer all along the Hudson (both sides). Once had a great experience seeing about 20 deer coming through the fog all at once while caching in Untermyer Park in Yonkers.

The cache is actually too close to another nearby cache, about 300ft away. It was while they were searching for that one, that the previous finders back in 2007 "found" this one!
