Cache archived due to bomb scare

http://coord.info/GCT750

May 20, 2011 log
Security guard told me the bomb squad had been called in in this cache sometime in the last 6 or 7 days, the entire street had been blocked off, and the micro was disposed of. **CO should archive this one.**

NY Admin archived it.

Re: October 17 2010 - Geo-Jog 5K (GC2CZ5R)

I'm planning to run it. How many other 60+ runners will be there, I wonder? ;) Should I stop for any caches along the way or run for time? At least now I can mix my newfound hobby with a renewed motivation for training.

Re: May 10- WWFM--FLUSHING MEADOW

... same time, I think most folks would appreciate getting the heads up if there was a WWFM event closer to them that they didn't know about. Maybe we should advertise Red5's event here, and see if he minds if we make a cross posting on the LIGO boards for the Flushing Meadow event? I'd rather start ...

Re: Pocket Query For Finds

Hi Muffy - From your "My Account Details" page, click "Build Pocket Queries". From there you should see a box labeled "My Finds" with a button marked "Add to queue". Click it and you should be good. It will do all of your finds (>500), but ...

Re: Pocket Query For Finds

Hi - I did what you said. I let the amount field empty, and it gave me only 100. Anymore hints???? Hmm. There shouldn't have been an amount field at all? I think something might have been lost in a game of "Internet posting telephone". When you click "Build Pocket ...

Re: Cache Placement Etiquette

At least some reviewers have allowed that using GPS coordinates in a relevant way at the beginning of the hunt is sufficient... ...

Re: New York Yankees retired #s series

... see how long it took people who know the city etc. The caches weren't released all at once, so I had to go back to some areas multiple times - you should be able to save a little time there. The hunts themselves weren't very hard, most of the time was taken up by transit to and from GZ, and occasionally ...

Re: Virtual Cache

Re: Signing the logs

... Step 4 item 2 states the same thing. Bottom line is its your cache and your call but a logbook is a mandatory part of any physical cache so why shouldn't they use it. FWIW, there is some debate about the meaning of the above. The quote from the guidelines is actually taken out of context (it's ...
