Re: must dos?

This bookmark list for 2008 award nominees might be helpful: http://www.geocaching.com/bookmarks/view.aspx?guid=550214c2-d312-46d1-aa80-7425a8c15051 It only covers caches listed in 2008 though, so there are still some gems that aren't covered. ...

Re: New York Yankees retired #s series

... the time was taken up by transit to and from GZ, and occasionally by trying to wait out muggles. At least a few of them are in spots where there might literally be a muggle right on top of the cache for quite some time. At least once or twice I had to give up and go home and come back another ...

Re: Underground Cache Question

... ago (May '07). So he reworked the puzzle to include a waypoint projection. Same thing with Seneca Village, which was October 2007. One thing that might be changing is how the requirement is described. The way that TPTB used to phrase it was that caches had to require use of a GPS receiver at some ...

Re: Original Colonists

Nice to have you drop by CN... I'll send you some info on the Original Colonists swag.

If you ever find yourself back on the East Coast for a visit you should pay a call on your baby 4quA5. It, urm, might not be *exactly* where you remember it last...

Re: 5 Caches in Central Park I can guarantee you haven't found

... are clearly "vacation cists". Interestingly, there was no way for me to log a DNF... the only way that you can indicate that a cache might not be there is if you're the owner, or a previous finder. If you've never found it before, the only way you can affect the listing is by logging ...

Re: A nice 100th Cache

I'm certainly not going to argue with a plug for B&A (thanks CoA!)... Another option might be Sleepy Hollow (GCAE), which was the first cache ever placed in the Metro NY area, back in November 2000. It looks like it's only about 10 miles from the starting point ...
