... find it. Maybe it's just me, but if I had gotten that response, I too would have been frustrated. Or are there caches that have been rejected in Central Park that I don't know about? It's not in CP.

... the crow flies, and less than fifteen minutes away with no traffic. And I'm 100% certain that a cache that was published less than a year ago in Central Park is owned by a cacher from NJ (and maintained regularly).
